Lisa Whitten

Lisa D. (Palmer) Whitten, age 51, of Oneonta, AL, passed away on Sunday, December 28, 2014. She was born on April 8, 1963, in Dallas, GA, and was preceded in death by her mother, Jewell Palmer. Ms. Whitten was working as a Marketing Associate for Advertising Sales and Marketing Company in Birmingham, AL.

Survivors include daughter and son-in-law, Ashley & James Michaels; brother, James Parson & Verna Mills of Acworth, GA; sisters, Carolyn Jones of Buchanan, GA, and Mary Ann Moss of Kennesaw, GA; grandson, Benjamin Michaels; several nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, and great-great nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, January 1, 2015, at 3 PM, from Clark Funeral Home, with Pastor Jim Pinkard officiating. Interment will follow in Paulding Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday, December 31, 2014, from 4 PM until 8 PM.
