Lorry Ann Smith, a beloved mother, sister, and friend, passed away on December 9, 2023, at the age of 60. She was born on January 5, 1963, in Dallas, Georgia, to her dedicated parents. Lorry's unwavering spirit and warm heart touched the lives of everyone she encountered, and her absence will be deeply felt by all who had the privilege of knowing her.

Lorry was a woman of simple pleasures who found joy in the everyday moments of life. She held a deep passion for customer service and dedicated her professional career to the automotive industry. Lorry's commitment and dedication were rewarded through her employment at Advanced Auto, where she garnered the respect and admiration of her colleagues.

Outside of work, Lorry immersed herself in her hobbies and interests. As a big Georgia Tech fan, she proudly cheered on her favorite team from the sidelines. Lorry's love for NASCAR was evident in her enthusiasm for watching races, as she wholeheartedly rooted for her favorite drivers. An avid lover of nature, Lorry cherished her time spent on the lake, where she found solace and tranquility.

Above all, Lorry treasured the bond with her family. She was a loving daughter and a self-proclaimed daddy's girl, cherishing the memories she shared with her parents. Lorry is survived by her son, Corry (Emma) West, her granddaughter, Ellijay West, her sister, Melanie (Roger) Blalock, her boyfriend, Cary Wilkins, her sister-in-law Allison (Brian) Witt, her best friend and sister-in-law, Kim (Andy) Smith, and her nieces and nephew, Alisa Wadsworth, Amanda Wenkel, Linsey Puckett, and Jordan Puckett.

The memory of Lorry Ann Smith will live on in the hearts of those who loved and cared for her.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, December 17, 2023, from 12:30 to 1:30 at Clark Funeral Home & Chapel. A memorial service to honor Lorry will follow at 1:30 pm at Clark Funeral Home & Chapel.
