Louvie Lynn Locklear passed away on February 8, 2023. She was born on June 10, 1970 to Clifford Locklear and Rebecca Dale Jones Wilbanks. Louvie loved to dance and sing. She was such a light in all her loved ones lives and she will be so missed.
Louvie is survived by her boyfriend, Michael Tompkins; her mother, Dale Jones Wilbanks; and one grandson, Ian Locklear.
The family will receive friends at Clark Funeral Home on Friday, March 17, 2023 from 12:00 PM until 1:00 PM. A memorial service will begin at 1:00 PM at Clark Funeral Home Chapel.
