Mamie Kuykendall

Mamie Kuykendall, age 85 of Dallas, GA, passed away on Tuesday, June 22, 2021 at Wellstar Nursing Center in Dallas, GA. Mrs. Kuykendall was born on June 2, 1936 to her late parents, John Sr. and Bertha Adams. Mamie worked as a Special Education Bus Driver with Cobb Co. for more than 13 years. She was a member of Cochran Ridge Baptist Church in Hiram, GA. Mamie loved traveling with her husband Richard, making people laugh, and going to church.

Mrs. Kuykendall is survived by her loving husband of 59 years, Richard Kuykendall; daughters, Rebecca Cashio, Jane Christopher, Katrina (Don) Atkins; son, Ricky (Lisa) Kuykendall; brother, John (Mildred) Adams Jr.; grandchildren, Megan Burrell, Dana Webb, Brandi Gilcrest, Stefanie Christopher, Ariel Milwood, Alexis Alverez, Nichole Sharp, Brandon Gamel, and Josh Gamel; and 11 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services for Mrs. Kuykendall will be held at Clark Funeral Home Chapel on Thursday, June 24, 2021 at 11:00 AM with Brother Rick Eves and Rev. Jeff Childers officiating. Interment will follow at Bethel Baptist Church in Steele, Alabama. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, June 23, 2021 from 5:00 until 8:00 PM.

The family would like to extend their love and appreciation to everyone who may be unable to attend the service in person due to Covid-19 concerns.
