Maria Perez

Maria Diaz Perez, age 92, of Douglasville, GA (Paulding County), passed away on Wednesday, September 11, 2013. She was born in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico, on November 4, 1920, and was preceded in death by her father, Jose Maria Diaz, mother, Eugenia Sustache Cortez and husband, Ramon Perez. She worked for the Health & Hospital Corporation in New York City for 23 years, as a senior clerk.
Survivors include her son & daughter-in-law, Manuel Perez & wife, Anna of Florida; daughters & son-in-law, Nancy M. Lloret & Braulio Lloret, Jr. of Douglasville, GA and Milta E. Mahoney of Douglasville, GA; sister, Candida Diaz Ramos of Puerto Rico; ten grandchildren; and twelve great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends at Clark Funeral Home in Hiram, GA, on Friday, September 13, 2013, from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM. The family will receive friends at Funeraria Hernandez Rivera in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico, on Wednesday, September 18, 2013, from 11:00 AM until the service time, which will be at 3:00 PM. Interment will be held on Thursday, September 19, 2013 in Monte Cristo Memorial Gardens in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico.
