Mark Osborne, age 46, of Dallas, GA, passed away on Monday, May 27, 2019. He was born October 1, 1972, in Canada to C. Elizabeth (Leila) and Gerald Osborne. Mr. Osborne was self-employed and worked side-by-side with his wife. He is preceded in death by his father, Gerald Osborne.

Survivors include his wife, Tracey Christine Osborne of Dallas, GA, his mother, Leila Osborne of Lions Bay, British Columbia, Canada, his step-daughters; KaelaRae Warburton of Dallas, GA, Timyka Horne (and son-in-law, Lane Horne) of Dallas, GA, Isabella Tarrant of Dallas, GA, Elissa Tarrant of Dallas, GA, brother, Jay Osborne of Lions Bay, British Columbia, Canada, and two grandchildren, Jaela and Adaleigh of Dallas, GA.
