Mary Hill

Mary Elizabeth Hill, age 59, of Rockmart, passed away on Friday, February 25, 2011. She was born on December 16, 1951, in Rising Fawn, GA, and is preceded in death by her father, W.C. Craze. Mrs. Hill was a member of Jehovah’s Witness Rockmart Congregation.

Survivors include her husband, James Hill of Rockmart; sons and daughters-in-law, Brad & Kim Ballew of Dallas, and Tony & Leah Ballew of Dallas; daughter and son-in-law, Tracy & James Endsley of Rockmart; step-sons, Jared Hill of Smyrna, Jacob Hill of Gwinnett County and Joshua Hill of California; step-daughter, Jessica & David Swiney of Dallas; mother, Allie Scoggin of Taylorsville; brothers, Jerry Craze of Cedartown, and Johnny Craze of Adairsville; sisters and brothers-in-law, Joann & Roy Landers of Douglasville, Sue & Paul Hipper of Dallas, Cathy & Wayne Purvis of Rockmart, and Melba & Ronnie Roberson of Taylorsville; seven grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, February 28, 2011, at 3 p.m., from Clark Funeral Home Chapel, with Brother Joey Steverson officiating. Interment will follow in Paulding Memorial Gardens. Michael Hargis, Simon Costa, Joey Seale, David Purvis, Ronnie Roberson and Tyler Paul will serve as pallbearers. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday, February 27, 2011, from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m.
