Mary Smith

Mary Jane Smith, age 58, of Temple, GA (Paulding County), passed away Monday, February 28, 2011. She was born November 14, 1952, in Yorkville, GA, to Classie Mae Carter and the late, George Washington Arnold. A son,
Eddie Smith, Jr., preceded her in death. Mrs. Smith was a member of Mars Hill Baptist Church.
She is survived by her husband, Eddie Lee Smith, Sr.; sons, Ronnie Smith & girlfriend, Brenda Adair of Dallas, GA and Benjamin Smith of Dallas, GA; daughters & sons-in-law, Latosha & Franklin Boykins of Yorkville, GA and Yolanda & William Washington of Florida; mother, Classie Mae Carter of Dallas, GA; sisters, Cindy Arnold of Yorkville, GA and Pamela Smith of Yorkville; daughter-in-law, Susan Smith; twelve grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be Friday, March 4, 2011, at 3:00 PM, from Edgefield Missionary Baptist Church, with Pastor Lyman Barnes officiating.
Interment will follow in Edgefield Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery, with family and friends serving as pallbearers.
The family will receive friends at the church on Friday, March 4, 2011, from 12:00 noon until the service time.
Clark Funeral Home, Hiram, GA, is in charge of the arrangements.
