Mattie Turner Autry, age 90, of Dallas, GA, passed away on Wednesday, June 11, 2014. She was born on August 12, 1923, in Villa Rica, GA, to the late Marion & Eunice Mayfield, and was preceded in death by her husband, Robert “R.L” Autry; and brothers, Charles Mayfield and Robert Mayfield.
Survivors include brother and sister-in-law, Chalmers & Georgia Mayfield of Douglasville, GA; cousin, Brenda Taliaferro; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, June 13, 2014, at 11 a.m., from Clark Funeral Home with Reverend Neal Williams and Reverend Doug Berry officiating.
Interment will follow in Peaceful Meadows Memorial Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday, June 12, 2014, from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m.
