Melissa Hartley Cederholm

April 4, 1969 — April 8, 2025

Dallas

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved Melissa Sonya Cederholm, who left us on April 8, 2025. Born in Killeen, TX, on April 6, 1969, Melissa made her home in Dallas, GA, where she cherished her family and the simple joys of life.

A proud graduate of Paulding County High School, Melissa had a successful career in medical translation, dedicated to helping others in the healthcare field. Melissa will always be remembered for her zest for life. She loved nothing more than watching thunderstorms roll in and feeling the sand between her toes at the beach. A true car enthusiast, she had a special affection for Mustangs, particularly the sleek Roush models. Melissa was a loving wife, mother, and sister, and aunt who will be dearly missed and whose spirit will forever live on in the hearts of those she touched.

She is survived by her devoted husband, Wayne Cederholm; her caring mother, Linda Tucker; and her wonderful son, Taylor Gresham. She is preceded in death by her father, Dewight Hartley and brother Patrick Hartley.

A Celebration of Life for Melissa will be held at a later date.

Clark Funeral Home is honored to be entrusted with the services for Mrs. Melissa Sonya Cederholm.
