Melva Lauer

Melva Lauer, age 52, of Hiram, GA, passed away Sunday, August 14, 2011. She was born July 28, 1959, in Normangee, TX. Mrs. Lauer worked as a customer service representative.
Survivors include her husband, Steven Lauer; sons, James Vaughn of Michigan and Christopher Vaughn of Georgia; daughters, Amber Cross of Dallas, GA, Kimber Herbeth of Lithia Springs, GA, and Amy Lauer of Hiram, GA; step-father, Clemath Doyal; brothers, Clemath Doyal, Jr. of Pitkin, LA, Dewayne Doyal of Louisiana, and Dusty Doyal of Pitkin, LA; sister, Sharon Dobson of Henderson, NC; and five grandchildren.
Funeral services will be Wednesday, August 17, 2011, at 11:00 AM, from Clark Funeral Home, with Reverend Tom Price officiating. Interment will follow in Georgia National Cemetery at 1:30 PM. The family will receive friends Tuesday, August 16, 2011, at Clark Funeral Home, from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
