Michael Bowman

Michael Anthony Bowman, age 57, of Dallas, Georgia, passed away on Sunday, October 19, 2014. He was born on January 20, 1957, in Dallas, Georgia, to Earl Bowman, and the late Ida Mae Wiley. Mr. Bowman worked for P.S. Energy Group, INC, for 19 years and attended Happy Valley Baptist Church.

Survivors include children, Christopher Cameron Mabe of Hiram, Georgia, Meredith Elizabeth Garrett of Helena, Montana, and Michael Clay (Katrina) Bowman of Panama City Beach, Florida; father, Earl Bowman of Hiram, Georgia; brother, Cary Bowman of Hiram, Georgia; sister, Melanie Gunter of Dallas, Georgia; ex-wife, Sharon Bowman, whom he was married to for 34 years; grandchildren Alecia Mabe, Ashley Mabe, Faith Mabe, Cameron Mabe, Brandon Mabe, Makayla Bowman, Devynn Bowman, Drezdyn Bowman, Haley Stitt, Brittney Liles, Michael Garret; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, October 22, 2014, at 2:00 PM, from Clark Funeral Home Chapel, with Brother Freddy Young officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday, October 21, 2014, from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
