Nancy DeLancy

Nancy Donna DeLancy, age 71, of Hiram, GA, passed away Monday, March 17, 2014. She was born in Hartford, CT, on January 13, 1943, to the late, William C. & Alice Elizabeth Hardy. Mrs. DeLancy worked for Dr. Bradford Smith in Augusta, ME, for many years as an optical technician and was currently working for Sam’s Club in Hiram, GA, in the optical department. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Douglasville, GA.
Survivors include her husband of 49 years, Robert F. DeLancy; children, Donna M. Bridges & Todd Owens of Dallas, GA, Darlene E. Moore & Jonathan Polky of Wayne, ME, Doreen L. DeLancy of Winthrop, ME, and Robert F. & Mel DeLancy, Jr. of Aberdeen, NC; sisters & brother-in-law, Mary Jacobs of Winchester, NH and Jean & Rich Lohr of Milford, CT; ten grandchildren; one great-grandchild; nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 22, 2014, at 11:00 AM, from Clark Funeral Home. The family will receive friends at Clark Funeral Home on Saturday, March 22, 2014, from 10:00 AM until the service time.
