Neil Vern Hamilton, age 80, of Hiram, GA, passed away on Thursday, March 6, 2014. He was born on September 21, 1933, in Buffalo, NY, to the late Gerald and Mertyle Hamilton, and was preceded in death by his wife, Ann Hamilton. Mr. Hamilton enjoyed gardening.
Survivors include sons, Frank Hamilton of Dallas, GA, John Hamilton of Warsaw, NY, and James Hamilton of Missouri; Daughters and sons-in-law, Kristin & Kevin Mann of Hiram, GA, Victoria & Buck Bucklow of Oklahoma, Julianna & Frank DeWine of Marietta, GA, and Malinda Hamilton of Hiram, GA; sisters and brothers-in-law, Geraldine Miller of Warsaw, NY, Marilyn Michaels of Akron, NY, Nancy & Bert Kelso of Temple, GA; nine grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews; special friends, Kay Smith of Hiram, GA, and Lucille D’Amato of Ft. Lauderdale, Fl, and Russ Wheeler.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, March 12, 2014, at 3 p.m., from Clark Funeral Home Chapel, with Reverend Danny Strong officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday, March 12, 2014, from 2 p.m. until service time.
