Faye T. Arrington

Mrs. Faye Tucker Arrington, age 79 of Douglasville, GA passed away Wednesday, October 23, 2024.

She was born June 4, 1945 in Hampton, Virginia, daughter of the late Norman Tucker and the late Dolly Murphy Tucker. For over 15 years, she served as a secretary for the State of Virginia. She later moved to Douglasville to be close to family and was a member of the Mount Paran Church of God. She enjoyed cooking and going to the mountains. Family meant everything to Faye.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Shane Johnson; and two brothers, Allen Tucker and Dale Norton.

She is survived by a sister, Loretta Tucker Pass and her husband Jerry; niece, Shania Wilson; nephews, Rob Benson and Anthony Wilson; several cousins also survive.

A private celebration of life for Mrs. Arrington will be held at a later date.
