Novella LaChonn Trice

Novella LaChonn Trice, age 51, of Hiram, GA, passed away on Sunday, June 7, 2020 at Wellstar Paulding Hospital. She was born on February 26, 1969 in Iowa City, IA to her parents; Sylvester Trotter and Novella "Bryant" Trice Greene. Ms. Trice worked as an office assistant for Antom Remodeling and had also worked as a weekend manager at Creekside Pines Retirement Community. She was a member of Bethel African Methodist Episcopal Church in Davenport, IA. Novella was a loving mother, daughter, sister, and friend who will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her. She was preceded in death by her father, Sylvester Trotter, and her brother, Bruce Dwayne Greene.

Survivors include her mother, Novella "Bryant" Trice Greene of Hiram, GA, son, Quincy Leon Jones III of Hiram, GA, daughter, Mikayla Noel Jones of Hiram, GA, brother, Tremere Charles Trice of Hiram, GA, sister in love, Lisa Upshaw of Peachtree City, GA, and a life time friend, Quincy Leon Jones Jr of VA, as well as a hosts of aunts, uncles, nieces, cousins, and friends.

A Private Funeral Service for Ms. Trice will be held in Iowa at a later date. As soon as the arrangements are complete, they will be announced here. Mrs. Trice will have a private visitation on Friday, June 12, 2020 at Clark Funeral Home from 1:00 PM until 4:30 PM. The family would like to extend their love and appreciation to everyone who will not be able to attend the visitation in person due to the states Covid-19 restrictions. (No more than 50 people inside the funeral home at one time) If attending the visitation, The staff of Clark Funeral Home recommends that a face mask be worn to help prevent the spreading any possible illnesses and to help keep our visitors and the family members of Ms. Trice safe.
