Osie Lee Black, age 60, of Dallas, GA, passed away on Wednesday, September 13, 2017. He was born on August 10, 1957, in Dallas, GA, to the late Claude B & Betty Black, and was preceded in death by his son, Nicholas Black, and brother, Michael Black. Osie was the former owner of S&S Garbage Service.
Survivors include his wife, Denise Black of Dallas, GA; son, Daniel & Jennifer Black of Dallas, GA; brother, Sonny & Leona Black of Dallas, GA; sisters, Gail Potts of Dallas, GA, and Debbie Black of Cedartown, GA; grandchildren, Kelsey Black, Brayen Black, Allen Black, and Anna Black; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, September 16, 2017, at 3 PM, from Clark Funeral Home with Reverend Jimmy Tibbitts officiating. Interment will follow in Paulding Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday, September 15, 2017, from 4 PM until 8 PM.
