Pam McAdams Callahan, age 62, of Hiram, GA, passed away Saturday, September 15, 2012. Born in Atlanta, GA, July 29, 1950, she was preceded in death by her parents, Freddie Joe McAdams & Mertie Lou Clonts McAdams and a brother, Joey McAdams. Pam worked as an insurance agent for over 30 years and was saved and baptized at First New Testament Baptist Church in Hiram. She was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother and enjoyed cooking for her family, fishing, traveling, shopping and crocheting baby blankets. She loved spending time with her family and working in her garden with Bill.
Pam shared her life with Mr. Bill Jones of Hiram and his family, Shawn & Amy Crook and their children, Whitney Reaves, Israel Crook and Toni Crook of Bremen and Little Bill Jones of Dallas.
Survivors include her children, Paul & Jena Callahan of Dallas, GA, Jared & Cindy Callahan of Rockmart, GA and Heather & Ryan Conley of Douglasville, GA; brother, Steve McAdams of Marietta, GA; sister, Sandra Moore of Powder Springs, GA; grandchildren, Blake Ralston, Dakota Callahan, Kelsy Callahan, Brooke Hart, Taylor Hart, Baileigh Sellers, Silas Callahan, Gracie Sellers and Sadie Conley; great-grandchild, Alli Ralston; nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be Tuesday, September 18, 2012, at 3:00 PM, from Clark Funeral Home, with Brother Joe Pritchard officiating. Interment will follow in Paulding Memorial Gardens, with Paul Callahan, Jared Callahan, Blake Ralston, Dakota Callahan, Ryan Conley and Steve McAdams serving as pallbearers. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday, September 17, 2012, from 4:00 PM until 9:00 PM.
