Pamela Brown

Pamela Elaine Brown completed her masterpiece story of a life well-lived on December 17, 2023, as she entered her reward in the presence of Christ. Her journey was marked by an abundance of love, joy, and laughter, touching the hearts of countless friends, and loved ones who now find solace in her cherished memory. Today, we celebrate Pam, a radiant treasure in the lives of all who were fortunate to know her.

Pam leaves a legacy of love with her husband Derrell, sister Patricia (husband Horace), her daughter Beckie (husband Joseph), son Marcus (wife Randi), and her adored grandchildren Landon, Lydia, Weston, Shepherd, and Wade.

Born in 1964 in Marietta, Georgia, Pam's early years set the foundation for a life of grace and devotion. Her journey took her to Wesley College in Florence, Mississippi, where she met Derrell Brown in the fall of 1983. Their love blossomed into marriage in June of 1985, beginning a partnership rooted in faith, service to Christ, and a shared devotion for family and friends.

Pam gave birth to her daughter Beckie in 1988 and son Marcus in 1990. Her life became a testament to unwavering dedication to her children and later, her grandchildren. Her role as a mother was paralleled only by her delight in being a Mimi. Pam embraced her son-in-law Joseph and daughter-in-law Randi with open arms, and her heart grew with the arrival of each grandchild. Landon, Lydia, Weston, Shepherd, and Wade were blessed with a Mimi whose presence was a total joy and treasure they will carry forever.

In this time of loss, we find strength in celebrating Pam's purposeful life, a life that shone with the evidence of her faith in Jesus Christ. As we bid farewell to our beloved wife, mother, Mimi, sister, and friend, we find comfort knowing she rests in the arms of a Savior deserving of all our praise. We honor the life of Pamela Elaine Brown, a beautiful soul whose memory will continue to inspire and guide us. To God be the glory for the gift of her life.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, December 21, 2023, from 12:00pm to 2:00pm at Praise Tabernacle Church, 4052 Hiram Lithia Springs Rd SW, Powder Springs, GA 30127. A service for Pam will be on Thursday, December 21, 2023 at Praise Tabernacle Church. Following the service, Pam will be laid to rest at Praise Cemetery.
