Ray Harold Collier, age 87, of Dallas, GA, passed away on Wednesday, November 18, 2020 at his home, surrounded by his loving family. He was born on August 30, 1933 in Barnesville, GA, to his late parents; Wade and Mildred Marie Collier. Ray was the owner and operator of Collier Office Equipment for 46 years and was a faithful member of New Georgia Baptist Church. Ray served in the United States Army, while in the service he boxed and played football for the Army and also was a military police officer. In his free time, he loved to spend time outdoors, hunting, sports and most importantly, he cherished time with his family that he loved so much. Mr. Collier was a loving husband, father, brother, grandfather, great grandfather and friend who will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Margaret Greer.

Mr. Collier is survived by his loving and caring wife of 67 years, Dolores Collier of Dallas, GA, son, Ray Collier Jr. and his wife, Gina of Dallas, GA, daughters; Diane Manous and her husband, Richard of Dallas, GA, Charlene Burnham and her husband, Tim of Defuniak Springs, FL, Susan Parks and her husband, Patrick of Adairsville, GA, 12 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.

A Graveside Service for Mr. Collier will be held on Monday, November 23, 2020 at Westview Cemetery at 2:30 PM with Dr. Tim Burnham officiating. The family will receive visitors at the funeral home on Monday, November 23, 2020 from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM.

The family would like to extend their love and appreciation to everyone who will not be able to attend the service in person due to the states Covid-19 restrictions (no more than 50 people inside the funeral home at one time). If attending the visitation or service, the staff of Clark Funeral Home highly recommends that a face mask be worn and that social distancing is practiced to help prevent the spreading of any possible illnesses and to help keep visitors, friends and family members of Mr. Collier safe.
