Ray Partain

Ray Partain, age 87, of Dallas, GA, passed away Wednesday, December 12, 2012. A native of Dallas, GA, he was born January 30, 1925, and was preceded in death by his parents, Dave & Annie Moody Partain, and wife, Helen Mae Prewett Partain. Mr. Partain served in the U. S. Navy and was retired from Wright & Lopez Phone Company, as a foreman, after more than 40 years of service.
Survivors include his daughters & son-in-law, Karen Tibbitts of Dallas, GA and Kathy & Steve White of Dallas, GA; grandchildren, Daniel Graham of Rockmart, GA, Marie Tibbitts of Dallas, GA, Kevin Tibbitts of Dallas, GA, and Jesse White of Dallas, GA; nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held Friday, December 14, 2012, at 3:00 PM, from Clark Funeral Home, with Reverend Hayward Bass officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday, December 13, 2012, from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
Clark Funeral Home in Hiram, GA, is in charge of arrangements.
