Richard Eugene Mahaffey, age 56, of Marietta, GA, passed away on Wednesday, May 2, 2007. He was born September 4, 1950, in Griffin, GA, to Nelle Mahaffey and the late Harry Eugene Mahaffey. Mr. Mahaffey was a plumber.
Survivors include his mother, Nelle Mahaffey; son & daughter-in-law, Richard & Melissa Mahaffey of Dallas; sisters & brothers-in-law, Catherine & Ronnie Thorpe of Rockmart and Barbara & Charles Clark of Smyrna; grandchildren, Richard Mahaffey, Jr. and Rachael Mahaffey.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 12, 2007, at 3:00pm, from Clark Funeral Home. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday, May 12, 2007, from 2:00pm until the service time.
