Ronnie Head

Ronnie Head, age 68, of Dallas, GA passed away on Saturday, August 4, 2012. He was born on May 11, 1944 in Rockmart, GA to the late Carl Head and Mary Woods. Mr. Head was a member of Cochran Ridge Baptist Church in Dallas. Ronnie loved the Lord, his church, his wife and his family. He worked as a plumber for over 40 years and enjoyed helping everyone. He was very devoted to his friends, was a wonderful husband, father, brother and grandfather. He was always faithful in everything.

Survivors include his wife of 11 years, Roxy Croker Head; sons and daughters-in-law, Ronnie Jr. & Linda Head of Loganville, GA, and Robert Head of Gainesville, GA; daughters, Rhonda Gresham of Covington, GA, Elizabeth Day of Covington, GA, and Haley Head of Dallas, GA; stepson, Justin Lester of Dallas, GA; brothers and sisters-in-law, Richard & Sue Head of Haralson County, GA, James & Martha Head of Cartersville, GA, and Larry Head of Rockmart, GA; sister, Donna Turner of Rockmart, GA; 11 grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, August 7, 2012 at 3:00 p.m. from Clark Funeral Home in Hiram, GA with Brother Rick Eaves and Brother Larry Johnson officiating. Interment will be held at Cochran Ridge Baptist Church Cemetery with Johnboy Gresham, Travis Toney, Austin Day, Justin Lester, Scott Kemper, Kevin Fisher and Joe Croker serving as pallbearers. The family will receive friends on Monday from 5:00 until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
