Ronnie Moore

Ronald O. Moore, age 64, of Hiram, GA., passed away on Sunday, April 15, 2018. He was born on June 27, 1953 in Leatherwood, KY., to the late Walter and Loretta Moore. Mr. Moore was an Air Force Veteran and worked on B-52 planes during the Vietnam War. He loved his country and was a member of American Legion post 294. Mr. Moore enjoyed traveling to the beach and to the mountains as well as to casinos and to go fishing.

Survivors include his wife of 24 years, Judie Moore of Hiram, GA., his two sons; Ronald W. (Shannon) Moore of Chicago, IL., Paul Moore of Memphis, TN., his step-son, Shane (Heather) Garrison of Signal Mt. TN.  His brother, Charles (Jill) Hanshew of Gadsden, AL., his five sisters; Wallean (Clayton) Harris of Russellville, KY., Charlene Logan of Corbin, KY., Judy (John) Newland of Columbus, OH., Rana Hanshew of Campbellsville, KY., Michelle Allen of London, KY., and his 9 grandchildren. Numerous nieces and nephews are also survived by him.

Funeral services for Mr. Moore will be held on Wednesday, April 18, 2018 from the Clark Funeral Home Chapel at 2:00 PM. Interment will follow at Peaceful Meadows Memorial Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday, April 18, 2018 from 12:00 PM until the service begins at 2:00 PM.

In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully asks that donations be made to The American Cancer Society.
