Rosa Lee (Jennings) Wilson

Rosa Lee Wilson passed away on May 2, 2022. She was born on September 26, 1929 to the late Henry and Ruby Jennings. Rosa was a faithful member of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church and loved her church family. She enjoyed gardening, shopping, going to yard sales, and as many knew, she loved to dress up. She was the best cook and always supported her family. Rosa was very family oriented and loved spending time with them. She loved her children and grandchildren dearly and she will be deeply missed.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her granddaughter, Tamra Renea Wilson; and siblings, Joe Greenwood, Bill Jennings, James Jennings, Gail Gamble, and Julie Logan. Rosa is survived by her loving husband of 73 years, James Wilson; son, James Allan (Jackie) Wilson; daughter, Linda Diane (Mitchell) Holloway; grandchildren, Timothy Allan Wilson, Shawna Pierce, Tiffany Danner; great-grandchildren, Max Dylan Wilson, Skylar Pierce, Jayden Pierce, Ryder Danner, and Haven Danner.

The family will receive friends at Clark Funeral Home on Friday, May 6, 2022 from 3:00pm until 4:00pm. Funeral Services for Mrs. Wilson will be held at Clark Funeral Home Chapel beginning at 4:00pm with Pastor Josh Bush officiating. Interment will follow at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made in Mrs. Rosa Wilson's name towards Feeding America .
