Rufus John (White) White

Rufus John "Johnny" White Jr. passed away on Saturday, December 10, 2022. He was born on October 14, 1948, son of the late Rufus and Imogene Parker White in Gadsden, Alabama. He worked in maintenance at Walmart for 17 years. Johnny loved animals and nature. He spent time fishing and feeding squirrels and cats. He was a people person and loved his job at Walmart where he considered his coworkers his extended family.

Johnny is survived by his wife of over 49 years, Charlotte Bartlett White; his fur baby, JJ; a host of cousins and nephews.

The family will receive friends at Clark Funeral Home on Wednesday, December 28, 2022 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM. Memorial Service for Rufus will be held at Clark Funeral Home on Wednesday December 28, 2022 at 4:00 PM with Rev. Don Voyles officiating.
