Samuel W. Fowler, of Paulding County, born on August 10, 1972, passed away peacefully at Cobb Wellstar Hospital on November 26, 2012. Sam was preceded in death by his parents, Aubrey & Gail Fowler.
Sam is survived by his sister and brother-in-law, Lisa & Sam Tate; nephew, Mark Tate; nieces Ashley & Melissa Tate; step-mother, Ronda Fowler; stepbrothers, Chris & Jamie Dockery, several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Graveside services will be held on Thursday, November 29, 2012, at
3 p.m., from Bethany Christian Church Cemetery, with Reverend Dwight Fowler officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday, November 29, 2012, from 1:30 p.m. until 2:30 p.m.
