Sandra Edwards

Sandra Lee Edwards, age 70, of Marietta, GA, passed away Wednesday, March 21, 2012. She was born in Marietta, GA, July 9, 1941 and was preceded in death by her father, Herschel Spinks. Mrs. Edwards was retired as a nurse and had worked at Kennestone Hospital. She was a member of New Hope Methodist Church in Marietta.
Survivors include her husband, Jerrry Dean Edwards; children, Wendy Lemieux of Marietta, GA, Paul Heath Waddell, Jr. & wife Anita of Cartersville, GA, and Paige McCoy of Dallas, GA; mother & step-father, Louise & Jim Meyers of Marietta, GA; step-children, Terri Carpenter of Hartsville, SC, Sherri Nations of Lithia Springs, GA, Gary & Matilda Edwards of Lyons, GA, Leann & Ben Warren of Lyons, GA, Perry Edwards of Hartsville, SC, Berry & Angie Edwards of Vidalia, GA, Larry & Tammy Edwards of Florence, SC and Penny & Burt Gay of Vidalia, GA; brother & sister-in-law, Monroe & Teri Spinks of Woodstock, GA; sister, Freida Lantz of Woodstock, GA; twenty-five grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; one nieces; and three nephews.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, March 24, 2012, at 4:00 PM, from Clark Funeral Home, with Reverend David Herring and Reverend Russell Hardin officiating. The family will receive friends at Clark Funeral Home, Friday, March 23, 2012, from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM. The body of Mrs. Edwards was cremated.
