Sherry Watson

Sherry Anita Watson passed away on Sunday, December 24, 2023. She was born on July 7, 1956, a daughter of the late Chester and Catherine Jones in Detroit, Michigan.

Sherry was married to Michael Cole for 12 years. She was then married to Charles H. Watson for 15 years. She remained single for the remainder of her life. Sherry was a very funny person. She found joy in jewelry, shoes and clothing. Sherry loved her children and grandchildren unconditionally. She was a Georgia Bulldogs fan.

In addition to her parents, Sherry is preceded in death by two sisters, Carol Dorsey, and Reita Parks; and three brothers, Danny Jones, John Jones, and Brent Jones.

Sherry is survived by her two daughters, Crystal (Steven) Ball, and Savannah (Cody) Cook; two step-daughters, Sheila (Danny) Greene, and Stephanie Davis; a step-son, Christopher (Christy) Watson; a brother, Chester (Becky) Jones; two sisters, Sandra Morris, and Teena (Rob) Jones; four grandchildren, Brittany Cooper, Katlin White, Calli Cook, and Colton Cook; four great-grandchildren, Maddix White, Bryson White, Ryleigh White, and AJ White.

The family will receive friends at Clark Funeral Home on Sunday, January 07, 2024, from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM. Funeral Service for Sherry will be held at Clark Funeral Home on Sunday, January 7, 2024, at 3:00 PM with Pastor Troy Hall officiating.
