Stephen Leslie Berkowitz, age 58, of Hiram, GA, passed away on Saturday, March 15, 2008. He was born in Paterson, NJ, on June 15, 1949. Mr. Berkowitz was preceded in death by his father, Bernard Berkowitz. Mr. Berkowitz worked as a hair stylist.
Survivors include his mother, Muriel Kimelman; son, Jeremy Berkowitz of Hiram; brother & sister-in-law Howard & Rebecca Berkowitz of Powder Springs; brother James Berkowitz of Stone Mountain.
In honoring Mr. Stephen Berkowitz's request, the body will be cremated and a memorial service will be announced at a later date.
