Darlene Creech

Mrs. Susan Darlene Creech, peacefully passed away on Monday, November 18, 2024. Born on July 9, 1958, in Atlanta, Georgia. Darlene was known for her caring nature and unwavering love for her family.

Darlene was a devoted wife to her husband of 47 years and her sweetheart, Larry Creech, a dedicated mother to her daughter, Kathryn Morgan, and her son, Matthew Creech. She was also a cherished grandmother to Chloe and Richard Morgan. Darlene found great joy in her role as a mother and grandmother, nurturing and caring for her family with love and kindness.

Darlene embraced her role as a homemaker with pride and grace, finding solace in cooking and caring for her loved ones. She had a deep love for her cats, babies, and had a fondness for watching "Little House on the Prairie."

Darlene is survived by her husband Larry; daughter Kathryn Creech Morgan and husband Andrew; son Matthew Alan Creech; grandchildren Chloe Marie Morgan and Richard Joseph Morgan; mother Rue Nell Pair; sister Vicki Lynn Barrs and husband Jeff; brother Richard Alan Pair and wife Kim. She is also is lovingly remembered by many nieces and nephews who will dearly miss her warm presence. Darlene was preceded in death by her father Richard Warren Pair. Her memory will forever be cherished by those who had the privilege of knowing her.

Funeral arrangements for Darlene have been made at Clark Funeral Home. A visitation will be held on November 22, 2024, at 1:00 pm, followed by a funeral service at the Sam Clark Chapel at 3:00 pm. In lieu of customary remembrances, the family kindly ask that donations in memory of Darlene be made toward the funeral expenses or to the National Fragile X Foundation at fragilex.com

In honoring Darlene's life and memory, her family invites all friends and acquaintances to join them in celebration of her life and to pay their respects during the funeral service. Darlene will be laid to rest at Paulding Memorial Gardens, may she rest in peace, forever remembered for her boundless love and caring spirit.
