Theresa Horton Brooks

Theresa Horton Brooks, age 65, of Powder Springs, GA, passed away on Saturday, May 05, 2018. She was born on October 20, 1952 in Gadsden, AL to the late Marvin “Cotton” and Peggy Smith and preceded in death by her brother, Doyle McMichen.

Survivors include her husband Donald Brooks of Powder Springs, GA; children, Misty (Thomas) Brown of Hiram, GA, Chris (Christy) Horton of Dallas, GA, Rebecca Horton of Sacramento, CA; sister, Becky (Larry) Ballard of Gadsden, AL; grandchildren, Dylan (Tori) Brown, Carly (Kyle) O’Sheilds, Logan Horton, Gage Horton, and Zoey Horton; great- grandchildren, Magdalynn Brown.

Memorial services will be held on Thursday, May 10, 2018 at 1:00 P.M. from the chapel of Clark Funeral Home in Hiram, GA with Dylan Brown officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home May 10, 2018 from 12:00 P.M. until service.
