Timothy Gibson, age 55, of Dallas, GA passed away on Friday, June 6, 2014. He was born on September 3, 1958, in Marietta, GA and was preceded in death by his parents, William and Bertha Mae Gibson. Mr. Gibson was self employed as a heavy equipment operator for approximately 30 years and a member of Fairview Baptist Church.
Survivors include, his wife, Anita Gibson of Dallas, GA; sons, Howard William Headin Gibson of Dallas, GA and William Paul Headin Gibson of Smyrna, GA; daughters, Charlotte Norris of Macon, GA, Barbara Marie Searcy of Dallas, GA, Lisa Marie Sanford of Texas and Rita Mae Gibson of Kennesaw, GA; step-son, Christopher Johnson of Smyrna, GA; sister, Charlene Simpson of Marietta, GA; eleven grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Memorial services will be held on Tuesday, June 10, 2014 at 3:00 p.m. from the Chapel of Clark Funeral Home with Rev. Jackie Sanders officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday, June 10, 2014 from 2:00 p.m. until the time of service.
