Timothy David Minor, Sr., age 36, of Powder Springs, GA, passed away on Tuesday, May 26, 2009. He was born June 12, 1972, in Fitchburg, Massachusetts. Mr. Minor worked for South States Metal in Lithia Springs as a truck driver for 13 years.
Survivors include his son, Timothy David Minor, Jr. of Dallas, GA and Timothy, Jr.’s mother, Jennifer Minor Blackwell of Dallas, GA; father & step-mother, Lester & Renee Minor of Alabama; mother, Norma Butterworth of Massachusetts; brothers, Daniel Minor of Alabama, David Minor of Alabama and Robert Minor of Newnan, GA; sister, Sarah Minor of Massachusetts; grandmother, Crystal Butterworth of Massachusetts; nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, May 28, 2009, at 3:00 pm, from Clark Funeral Home Chapel, with Reverend Bo Spriggs officiating. Interment will follow in Peaceful Meadows Memorial Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday from 11:00 am until the service time.
