Tommie Russom Holland

Tommie Frances Russom Holland, age 95, of Dallas, GA, passed away Sunday, February 14, 2010. She was born, July 15, 1914, in Paulding County, to the late, Bennie & Bertha Smith, and was also preceded in death by her first husband, Joe Hansel Russom, and second husband, H. C. Holland. Mrs. Holland was a teacher at Dallas Elementary for 20 years. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Dallas.
Survivors include her sons & daughter-in-law, Joe Russom, Jr. of Baldwin, MO, Kenny & Nancy Russom of St. Augustine, FL, and Benny
Salice Russom of Dallas, GA; sister, Mary Smith of Dallas, GA; eight grandchildren; eighteen great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be Thursday, February 18, 2010, at 11:00 AM, from the First United Methodist Church in Dallas, with Reverend Steve Schofield officiating. Interment will follow in Dallas City Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
