Virginia "Ginny" Dyer

Virginia “Ginny” Dyer, age 86, of Dallas, GA., passed away on Thursday, March 8, 2018. She was born on August 6, 1931 in Atlanta, GA., to the late Othar and Elizabeth O’Shields. Mrs. Dyer worked as an office secretary for Dr. Morris Chiropractic in Hiram, GA. and was a member of Star of Bethlehem Church.

Survivors include her husband of 35 years, Harold Thomas Dyer of Dallas, GA., daughters; Peggy Hilley of Bremen, GA., Brenda George of Dallas, GA., Norma and Freddie Norton of Heflin, AL., Sandra Fuller and Terry King of Douglasville, GA., Joyce Fuller and Bobby Hogsed of Newman, GA., Jan Simpson of Dallas, GA., sisters; Patricia L. Rowe of New, GA., and Barbra Ann Luther of Villa Rica, GA. Numerous grandchildren, many great grandchildren and several great- great grandchildren. Several nieces and nephews are also survived by her.

Funeral services for Mrs. Dyer will be held on Sunday, March 11, 2018 at 3:00 PM from the Clark Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Larry Argo and Evangelist Jamie Hilley officiating. Interment will follow at Star of Bethlehem Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday, March 10, 2018 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
