Wanda Cooper, age 73, of Rockmart, GA, passed away on March 15, 2017. She was born on June 20, 1943, in Irvington, KY, to the late Harry Lottis & Mildred Louise Carman, and was preceded in death by her sister, Judy Wyatt. Ms. Cooper worked over 20 years for Acosta Sales as a data entry specialists and was a member of High Shoals Baptist Church. She enjoyed spending time with family.
Survivors include sons, David & Stephanie Wigginton of Villa Rica, GA, and Duane & Elaine Watson of Dallas, GA; brothers, Gary Carman of Texas and Darrell Carman of Texas; special niece and caregiver, Sheri Wooten; grandchildren, Makenzie Wigginton, Kade Wigginton, Mazie Wigginton, Chris Thompson, and Ashley Watson; great-grandchild, Jackson Forgeur; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, March 18, 2017, at 11 AM, from Clark Funeral Home with Brother Jason Morgan officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday, March 17, 2017, from 4 PM until 8 PM.
Flowers are accepted or donations can be made to High Shoals Baptist Church or any public service organization in Ms. Cooper’s memory.
