William Albert Blackburn, Jr. passed away on April 9, 2023. He was born November 19th, 1968, to William "Billy" Albert Blackburn and Debra Ann Webb in Atlanta, GA. William enjoyed cooking out with friends and family, vacations at the beach, and spending time with his wife, kids, and grandkids. He also enjoyed meeting new people he met while selling trailers and tires. He loved his church and the congregation at Crossroads Full Gospel Church. He also became an Ordained Minister in 2020.
William is survived by his loving wife, Rebecca (Becky) Blackburn; his children, Zack (Kayla) Blackburn, Austin Blackburn, Ashlyne Blackburn, and Chelsea Smith. He is also survived by his mother, Debra Webb Pruett; brothers Vince (Kathy) Hinton, Carl (Frances) Blackburn, Wayne Blackburn, Stevie (Stefanie) Wilder, and Adam (Brandi) Hipps; sister-in-law, Cindi (Brian) Wiley; his brother-in-law, Nathan Jacobs; his grandchildren, Nevaeh, Brayden, Addison, Rylee, & Charlotte; and several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
William is preceded in death by his father, William "Billy" Blackburn, and grandparents, Albert & Elizabeth Blackburn and Gus & Stella Webb.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Crossroads Full Gospel Church to the In Memory of William Blackburn fund or donate to William's
funeral fund

The family will receive friends at Clark Funeral Home on Saturday, April 15, 2023, from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm. The family will have a Celebration of Life service at Crossroads Full Gospel Church at a later date.
