William Smith

William “Leon” Smith, age 68 of Dallas, GA, passed away on Saturday, April 11, 2015. He was born April 28, 1946 in Hiram, GA. to the late Howard Taft Smith and Stella Rogers Smith. Mr. Smith retired from Lockheed Martin where he was a lead mechanic. He was a member of Floyd Road Baptist Church.

Survivors include daughter, Amy Smith & Thomas Davis of Douglasville, GA; brother, Roger & Brenda Smith of Hiram GA; sisters, Betty Overton of Dallas, GA, Geneva Emory of Hiram, GA; caregivers, Lisa & Sandy McCleary of Dallas, GA; several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, April 13, 2015 at 3:00 PM from Clark Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Lamar Bone officiating. Interment will follow in Powder Springs City Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday, April 12, 2015 from 5 PM until 8 PM.
