Willie Turner

Mrs. Willie T Turner, age 87, of Dallas, GA, passed away Monday, February 17, 2014. She was born in Dallas, GA, May 2, 1926, and was preceded in death by her parents, John & Martha Elizabeth Dodd; husband, Reverend Robert Anderson Turner; sisters and brothers, U V New, Lowell Dodd, Joe Dodd, Grover Dodd, Warren Dodd and Mary Lee Watts. Mrs. Turner was a member of Mt. Olivet Baptist Church.
Survivors include her sons & daughters-in-law, Dr. Johnny Turner & wife, Brenda of Dallas, GA and Dr. Curtis Turner & wife, Pam of Dallas, GA; sister, L E Fields of Dallas, GA; grandchildren, Shelly Carter & husband, Ritchie, Andy Turner & wife, Heather and Cody Turner & wife, Heather; eight great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be Thursday, February 20, 2014, at 3:00 PM, from Clark Funeral Home, with Dr. Johnny Turner and Dr. Curtis Turner officiating. Interment will follow in Mt. Olivet Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday, February 19, 2014, from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
