Wynell (Boswell) Morris

Wynell Boswell Morris passed away on June 27, 2023. She was born on December 25, 1937 to the late Emmett Dean and Sarah Floy Boswell. Wynell retired from the Paulding County School District after over 30 years of service as a bus driver. She was one of the first female drivers for the county and loved the kids on her routes. She loved traveling and going to the beach with her family and friends. At home, she enjoyed tending to her flower gardens and making sure her yard was immaculate at all times. Wynell was very particular about how her yard looked and made sure everyone knew it. She cherished her sweet best friends and all the memories shared. She loved telling stories from her past and making sure those stories could be told for generations to come. Wynell was a wonderful wife, mother, sister, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend who will be dearly missed.

In addition to her parents, Wynell is preceded in death by her baby boy, Douglas Morris; a grandson, Dylan Morris; sister and brother-in-law, Betty and Al Ralston. Wynell is survived by her loving husband of 66 years, Edward Morris; son, Derek (Tina) Morris; daughter, Dawn Morris (David) Castleberry; three grandchildren, Megan Morris, Clayton (Allison) Castleberry, Sarah (Tevita) Moimoi; two great-grandchildren, Maddie Morris and Linkcon Morris.

In honor of Mrs. Wynell's wishes, a private service will be held.

In lieu of flowers, Wynell's wishes were to donate to your favorite charity in her honor.
