David Stephens

David Stephens, age 75, passed away on Tuesday, May 11, 2021 at his home. David was born June 4, 1945 to his late parents, Arthur W. Stephens Sr. and Cledia Mae Cutcher. Mr. Stephens loved his family and was known to have a strong work ethic. He raised four wonderful children and one loving pup named Ivy. Church was especially important to Mr. Stephens and he was highly active with his church family. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his grandchild, James Ray Gentry V; sisters, Mary Davison and Barbara Anne Stephens; brother, Arthur Stephens Jr.

Mr. Stephens is survived by his loving wife, Sandra Genelle; son Ronald Allen Stephens; daughters, Lisa (David) Genelle Martin, Crystal Anne Gentry, and Farrah Leeanne Stephens; grandchildren, Shelby Stephens, Josh Martin, Emily Grevera, Laura Stephens, Kelsey Stephens, Kayla Stephens, Makayla Bandura, Ethan Martin, Jackson Martin, Raegan Gentry, and Mackenzie Gentry; great-grandchildren, Skylar Stephens, Elaina Stephens, Raelynn Stephens, Lily Stephens, and Rhett Grevera, and extended family, Lisa Marie Stephens and James Ray Gentry IV.

Funeral Services for David Stephens will be held at Clark Funeral Home on Friday, May 14, 2021 at 2pm with Bishop Dustin Thomas, CJ Nutter, and Farrah Stephens speaking.  Interment to follow at Peaceful Meadows. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday, May 13, 2021 from 5pm until 8pm.

The family would like to extend their love and appreciation to everyone who may be unable to attend the service in person due to the states Covid-19 concerns or state restrictions (no more than 50 people inside the funeral home at one time). If attending the visitation or service, the family and the staff of Clark Funeral Home highly recommends that a face mask be worn and that social distancing be practiced to help prevent the spreading of any possible illnesses and to help keep visitors, friends and family members of Mr. Stephens safe.
